Be Less Busy 🕐
I find it's easy to get lost in the "to-dos" and simply stay "busy" and then get stuck in the mentality of not having enough time. So, what if we instead, decided on what our priorities were and stay true to those things? What if we committed to putting our energy & TIME into those top priorities?
I think we would realize that we would be doing more fulfilling things than just filling our time & putting our energy into "busy" work. Don't you? I think we would find that we actually DO have enough time in our day to get the things we need to get done - those things being our priorities.
It's when we fall into the trap of "staying busy" + taking on things we don't need to or taking on things that don't serve us, that we feel as though we have ENOUGH ENERGY but not ENOUGH TIME.
A couple weekends ago, I held an AMAZING event with a bunch of BADASS women and our table top conversation revealed that most women feel like they have enough energy, but not enough time. That got me thinking... why aren't we getting everything we need done? There MUST be a way around this.
Then it came to me, if we get CLEAR on our priorities, we'll be able to cut out the extra non-priority type stuff that we are filling our schedule with.
So, I want you to think about this one AND even more importantly, I want you to put pen to paper and get really, really clear on it.

1. To lovingly serve others and the world through my career & business.
2. Experiencing the enjoyment of life with my family & loved ones.
3. Keeping my body, mind, & soul healthy through experiencing enjoyment of movement, food, and mindset.
By making this list, I'm simply able to weed out things in my day to day that truly aren't in line with my highest priorities. I hope you find that making this list will help you simplify and do the same.
