Hey! I'm Kylee and I would love to introduce myself. I believe that if we are going to be working together, it’s important for you to know who I am, why I do what I do and what got me here.  
My name is Kylee. I’m a Minnesota native. I am an adventurer, health nut, coffee lover, nutritionist, dog mom, wannabe chef, kid at heart, lifestyle coach, semi-gardener, yogi, crossfitter, and aunt. Oh and a farmer in training! 
Professionally, I’m a certified personal trainer, Primal Health Coach, Transformational Coach, & Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach in the making. I’ve been in the fitness and health industry for nine years now and began my health coaching journey three years ago.
I work with busy & overwhelmed women to cut the guesswork out of fitness, nutrition & stress management and help them cohesively blend these together to cultivate more energy, create more time & find more balance. 
The reason I’ve built my business around three important pillars, mindset, nutrition and fitness, is because I’ve struggled with all of those areas, as have all of my clients. I can relate to the frustration around fitness and nutrition. There are so many tips, tricks, and shortcuts out there. How does one even know where to begin? How do you know what works for your body type? I felt like I was drowning in it all, as many of my clients did as well. I GET IT!

I understand that feeling of being controlled by food cravings and hitting the midday slump - I thought that was normal for awhile. In fact, in my early 20’s I put on extra weight. It wasn’t an alarming amount of weight, but it was enough to make me feel uncomfortable with my body. I also specifically remember being so tired mid-day and thinking, “This must be what it’s like to get older. I guess this is just what the rest of my days will be like.” I came to realize that I didn’t have to live like that and no, it isn’t normal.

I also can recall a time when I thought I was eating healthy but I never felt quite right. I never associated this to the food I was putting in my body because I thought I was eating correctly. I’ve been addicted to sugar. Oh have I ever and sometimes, I still fall into a sugar pit. We’re human - it’s normal but it doesn’t have to control you or your emotions. That’s what I’ve discovered.

I used to be obsessed with working out but it never helped me the way I was depending on it to. I also would do chronic amounts of cardio and I always felt achy and exhausted.

I am also guilty of letting my mind get the best of me. In fact, at one point, I was put on anti-depression medication. I remember them asking, what was wrong. I would tell them that I felt down and cried often. They wrote me the prescription like that and never asked anything else. I also struggled with self doubt in the past, I was really shy and always depended on external things to make me fulfilled and happy. 


I never used to take time for myself. I would let stress keep me up at night and control my life. I remember lying awake so many nights with my mind racing about finances, what to do next, regret and other unpleasant things.

I think we can all admit that it’s easy to run around like chickens with our heads cut off and our poor bodies flapping in the wind behind us. I decided to put a stop to all the madness and to share with others how to do the same and how to find blissful balance. 

I simply want to help you get back to the beautiful, vibrant life that you deserve. In a body that feels healed, young and is inflammation free. A mind that is present, relaxed and focused. Hormones that don't ebb and flow causing bouts of depression and sadness. And overall wellness that creates a life of mind, body and soul clarity.
