Yo-yo dieting, chronic cardio, overwhelmed with clean eating, let stress run my life, and felt stuck in the hamster wheel of frustration and defeat. All the information left me feeling overwhelmed and without results. I’d hardly eat, or eat too much of the wrong thing, and then spend hours overdoing cardio. This would only leave me feeling exhausted and completely unmotivated. After years of burnout and confusion, I decided to find out how I could live a healthy life, love how my body looked and stick to a plan for the long haul.
